1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received. To request a return, please contact our support team at [info@theglassdistro.com] with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on: Opened Hookah, Cigar, or Kratom products Used items or products with broken seals Sale, clearance, or special-order items

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and items. We’ll resolve the issue quickly by offering a replacement or refund.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they haven’t been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
